Did you Know???

That a Grand Jury Indictment does not mean a person is guilty. It just means the grand jury believes there is enough evidence in the case for the district attorney’s office to proceed with a trial. The grand jury only looks at and hears evidence presented by the prosecutor. The “Target”(i.e. Michael Vick) only gets to present their case and challenge the evidence at the trial. It is very rare that a grand jury will go against the prosecutor who brought the evidence to be examined. It is also a fact that in this country a man or woman is considered innocent until proven guilty.
